Answering your questions
Depending on the individual item, from newborn up to 3–4 years.
Yes, many of our items are bought as gifts. Choose gift-wrapping at the checkout and add a personalised message. You can also specify a different delivery address.
As many of our products are given as gifts, we offer a custom gift-wrapping service.
Your item will be gift-wrapped using printed paper and will include a Bubble Daisy card with your chosen message.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability and can take up to 5–6 weeks.
The following care instructions apply to all items:
Iron on low heat
Do not tumble dry
Do not dry clean
Do not bleach
Keep away from fire
Check individual items for more specific information.
If you need to arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will advise you on how to return it.
Please note that:
We cannot accept returns of worn, used, damaged or incorrectly washed items
Unless your order is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
If you receive a different item to the one you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will advise you on how to return it.
When we receive the returned order, we will send the correct order out immediately.
